The room was clean. Back door to the building was constantly unlocked did not appear to be able to lock outside appearance in the rear at the motel very trashy. Staff was not pleasant

the place was great clean and convenient everything is close by. the down fall is, the check in time is later, but I am thankful the staff was able to accommodated the time for my family funeral thank you.

Overall, the room was fine. The bed was fairly comfortable and they don't charge to bring your pets, yet the place didn't stink of animals. However, it is a smoke free hotel that smells like smoke. Luckily, the room itself did not smell, but as soon as you open the door, the smell hits you and you smell it all down the hall and in the lobby. If I hadn't already made the reservation, I would have left as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in because the smoke smell was so strong. My other pet peeve is that they have no Do Not Disturb signs - so we had to just tell the front desk we didn't want room service.. still, one day we were all woken to the maid pounding on the door and another day the maid knocked in the afternoon, waking my 4 month old.
