Poor communication!
The sound on the tv did not work. I called the front desk and the staff person said he would fix it in 20 minutes . He showed up a hour later and didn’t fix it. Instead he said he would exchange the tv box but never comes back. After a hour he said sending someone else up. New guy can’t fix it either. Will never stay there again!
