upon entering my room, there was a fresh aroma that made me feel like I was walking into a flower garden. the room was clean and neat. I'm very happy with my stay.

Nice room for the price, but a rock hard bed
This was just an overnight New Year's eve stay. The check in was quick and friendly, and we had a top floor corner room, which was great. The room was exceptionally quiet even though there was a loud hallway a/c unit right outside the door. The room was pretty clean, but we did see some trash left under the couch that was easily seen. The room was cozy and looked just like the pictures. There were plenty of towels, and even a wipe to use on the remote, which was nice. There were a lot of pillows, but they all appeared to be feather pillows, which are awful. Good thing I brought my own pillow! And like almost every other hotel room I've stayed in, the bed was hard as a rock and I was incredibly uncomfortable and didn't sleep well at all. There were the usual individual soaps and shampoos, but some lotion would be a nice addition. Because of Covid, there was no breakfast buffet. Instead they just had grab-and-go food, which had plenty of choices. Overall it's a very nice place for the price we paid.

This was a great stay. The room was clean and had the same setup as other Hyatt that I have stayed that. Which means it was spacious. The staff was professional not exceptional but again I did not require any special treatment they did their job! Breakfast was good. The location was awesome. We were about 10 to 15 min from everywhere we had to go in any direction.

The hotel was very nice and the room itself was very clean. The only issue I had was that the hallways smelled like mildew, like there had been some type of water damage, but the room did not have that smell. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.
