Great room but TV usage was a hassle
The room was very nice, but the TV required a reboot by a maintenance person. Every time the TV was turned off the power had to be unplugged and the TV rebooted (we had learned how to do this by watching the maintenance person). Otherwise the room was excellent and my only complaint is that the excellent BOLD coffee that was available in the lobby was removed at 9 AM!

This was a great place to stay. The service was great. We arrived with a large U-haul and a truck towing a car. They were more than helpful and happy about us parking in a location that our vehicles would be safe. This gave us great peace of mind. The only issue that we had as that the dog pen had not been cleaned up in a while. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they went out and cleaned it up right away. It was a very pleasant stay.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and although there wasn’t an accessible room for us, I appreciated the bar in the shower. It made it a lot easier to get in and out. The grab an go breakfast is a great idea, but I think it should be handed out by room because we were promised 2 breakfast’s but because the guest in front of us took five bags , we had to share.

Lack of Honesty
I called hotel directly to ensure the room I was booking had a sofa bed. Was told yes and I booked room. Arrived and upon check in was told that the information on the Hotel.com was “false” and my room did not have a sofa. The front desk agent was snotty about it but did finally bend and give me the room. I am smart enough to know that what is on this site is provided by the hotel! I also asked about pool and hot tub being open and was told yes both are open. Upon arrival only pool was open the spa “wasn’t working”. Well considering the property next door had the same barrier around the spa it was obvious that it is closed due to social distancing guidelines. Just be honest with people! The hotel is nice, it was clean, and bed comfortable. But lack of honesty is a big issue.
