I liked that the room was clean and i loved the hot tub and pool.
Shabby and dated. The staff seemed put out by having to come to the desk to check us in and out.
We take route 80 to South Dakota, so very convenience to stay there. On and off 80.
The people were great and friendly. Room could of been be cleaner though. But was a nice stay for price that was close to Hollywood Casino in Joliet.
Would of loved to use pool but way to cold. One of the reasons I chose your hotel was the pool had I known your pool wasn't heated I would of booked at another hotel. Very friendly staff!
Decent but older neighborhood. In a parking lot of a Sams Club. Full breakfast but most tasted old or reheated
When we checked in the room we were given was already occupied by someone else, so we basically walked in on someone else's room unannounced. The second room given to us was a double, not the king we booked, the cover on the back of the toilet was missing, we didn't have a remote control for the tv, and the room shared a wall with the pool, so the noise was very very loud.
The hotel was okay. We have stayed here one other time because of the price. It has everything you would need for a night or two stay but there are two complaints I have. 1. Water pressure in our room was terrible. Hard to wash up and shower. And 2. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. They are very firm and have little give so we found ourselves waking up and turning quite a few times. Otherwise, the stay was okay.
Wow it was really a rush staying here. I was right in the middle of the action. On the news I saw that someone overdosed on a mix of cocaine and fentanyl in a hotel in the very same vicinity as this hotel. The continental breakfast wasn't so great though. For a few reasons, it reminded me of being in jail. When I got there all the tables were filled with intimidating men, the food at the breakfast was of the lowest quality, and they were out of grape drink. The room was ok, some burn marks were present on my tv screen which put a damper on my expensive PPV rentals viewing experience. Plumbing was adequate, I ate heavily at the nearby Mexican restaurant “Tonys” and despite my large BM everything went down OK. I have had issues in the past and its relieving not to have to ask the front desk to clear my obstructions.
Clean and spacious room for a one night stay In Joliet.
