This hotel is well located in Manchester, close to all bus routes and within walking distance to many of the attractions and the main shopping centres, short taxi ride to the train station, It is beautifully decorated and well presented, and very clean, lift to all floors The room was large and accommodated three people comfortably , tea & coffee supplies , large ensuite with toilet and Bidet , shower over the bath. there is a restaurant attached to the hotel but it is also close to some great cafes and restaurants Very accommodating and helpful staff There is no fridge in the room but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it .

It’s what it says on the tin. For £40 a night, it’s a warm, dry bed, with a tv, a shower and a toilet. What else do you need! Staff were very friendly, they have a tough job, but if you’re respectful to them they will help you in any way they can. Check in was simple, just remember your ID, and check out was straightforward. It’s not the ritz, but it’s just what you need if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to crash for the night.

The room was immaculate. Hotel is in an ideal location within 10min walking distance of picadilly station and a quick taxi ride to AO Arena. Convenience store across the road and bar on site. Breakfast is available at the property too. The only thing is if on 6th floor, lift only goes to 5 then there's a staircase which can become tiresome.
