Family vacation in SF
We went to SF for one week in family. This hotel was perfect, in center of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful all week long. The room was very clean and with many market around, the fridge help us to bring some foods in. If we go back to SF, we will be back.

It seems this hotel has out sourced their room service and it is terrible. We received a pizza that was completely burnt. They did refund the charges but we did not have anything to eat. The parking is expensive at $ 26.00 for one night, The staff tried to help but management should consider their dlients before our sourcing
