Super staff day and night!
My husband and I needed to do a quick overnight between Anchorage and Cincinnati. We greatly appreciated the free airport shuttle and the driver's patience when we got stuck on the tarmack and couldn't deplane. He waited and called four times until we got connected and on our way. Early morning shuttle service back to the airport was also on time and friendly along with the counter staff. Thanks!

Uncomfortable and needs lots of work.
The shade in our room was busted, the floor was sticky and hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed was so hard. Also we were right next to the front and the kitchen staff was banging cabinets at 5 am. We ended up leaving a day early. Teresa at the front desk gets 5 stars for how amazing she was! She was the best part of our stay.

Disappointed this time
We have stayed here many times & this is the first time I was disappointed. The hotel needs a little attention - updating. The continental breakfast was a joke. No meat, no pastries, very few bagels etc & hardly any coffee. The location is still outstanding if you’re heading to or from Seattle.
