グァテマラのホテルの中では清潔で快適だと思います。ただ、最初の日、なかなか熱いお湯が出なくて30分ほどまちました。係の方が対応してくれましたがあまり改善せず、ぬるいシャワーを浴びることになり、寒い思いをしました。2日目には改善し、熱いシャワーを浴びることができました。 全体的には快適で満足できるホテルだと思います。
