We stay at Hampton Inns whenever possible. They are consistent re:cleanleness,products(love the pillows) and the breakfasts although not 5stars are very reasonable. We stayed at Hamton Inn Washinngton Pa and today we are at Hampton Inn Beckly.

Updated finishes but mattress stains, rusted hardware and not so happy staff made the stay just ok. No one was outright rude just didn't hide the lack of interest in being at work very well. Won't stay again and wouldn't recommend, i think there are better options for slightly more money.

Bathroom fan not working, only one room key worked, shower head not adjustable,went down to get a nice hot tea, only to find out that it was lukewarm.(Got replacement after asking.)Morning coffee and breakfast was nothing to write home about either. heat did not seem to respond to the setting on the thermostat,the fan for the heat ran all night,could not turn it off.Did not sleep past 4.00 AM!! All in all - not up to the standard we are used to from Hampton Inn.Was not worth the fee charged
