Location is great- NOT for the Picky or Needy!
Stayed in SEASIDE Lack of Customer service and communication. I had a shower that leaked on floor( i put towels down) , ceiling that leaked from 2nd floor onto 1st where my clothes were ( i put more towels down). We had a group of 20 people moved into 1 room next door loudest music I ever heard in my life blaring music 8 am -3 am finally 2nd day 5 cops removed them from 501 seaside. We were never offered anything from mgmt. The hotel room overall was clean and location is great for boardwalk and ocean. There is a lot of miss information about these hotels. People complaining about petty crap so staff ignores everything. I would recommend hotel to people NOT looking for hotel amenenties. no ice machine, no close by pool, breakfast at a different location than your own hotel bagel ,boiled eggs, cereal, coffee juice. I was told there was a shuttle . THERE ARE NO HOTEL SHUTTLES but overall I would stay again.
