Very enjoyable stay, with new hotel looking good. The only problem we had was the pillows we had were of the poorest quality and had an impact on our sleep on both nights. I was very surprised with the pillows as everything else exceeded my expectations.

Not Very Happy For a long standing customer
I booked a room for 2 separate beds and received one double bed to share with my male friend which was not what I bargained for. Hotel staff was very blazay about it. I booked a room that was said to have 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a double sofa bed. I ended up with 1 double bed. To this very moment I’ve not yet managed to speak to Hotels.com as they are too busy and this is who the hotel says I need to speak to as this room is no longer available at all at the hotel.

Late booking, so we didn’t get one of the refurbed rooms but it was fine for one night. Staff excellent but pool area does need some love and attention if not a deep clean. Food in bar decent as well. Staff made it a short but pleasant stay
