Hotel pretty run down but the price probably reflects that. Not the hotel’s fault but people were having a party or something a couple doors down being loud with music and coming and going in cars till about 3:30 am. Saturday night stay so don’t know if that’s the usual or not.

I didn’t like how there was a lot of traffic. Lot of young people standing out on cars, in the parking lot, smoking and things it makes you kind of uneasy and uncomfortable.As far as the hotel it was perfect but didn’t like the environment

I liked that they had outside outlets so i could plug in my boat. Rooms were newly renovated and very nice. Everyone was very helpful

I like that the location was close to where I needed to travel. I don’t like that the room was not that clean. The fridge was nasty and the microwave was from the 1990’s. The toilets set was loss.

The room was clean. That’s about all I can Say positive. The breakfast was a joke. There were a couple of pieces of toast and two bagels left. Juice was out. Eggs were freezer burnt sitting in a fridge. The staff was rude upon check in. The housekeeping blatantly ignored a do not disturb sign both days and were obnoxiously loud.

I had issues at check in paid online was a hassle at check in had to have 3 refrigerators brought to room because they didn’t work. Then had to change rooms that night because nobody’s key card would open the doors. Had to call owner and wait 45 minutes to hour to get into room then we had to repack suitcase and change rooms. Was not offered a partial refund of any kind I wanted smoking room so the new room was non smoking do not recommend this motel it’s very outdated and definitely needs some update and major things done to make sure customers can get in their room. Will not ever use this hotel again. hey

I love Hotels.com service!
The stay was great! I ran into a slight problem due to me mistyped my reservation, but Hotel.Com cleared it up immediately. The front desk worker was very friendly and patient with me. The room was clean and looks as it had been remodeled. I loved the walk in shower. I would recommend this stay if you in the area. I will also recommend you to use Hotels.com cause I looking forward to reach my 10 👍 stay to receive a free nite stay.
