Property is well kept and clean. The AC/Heating fan is excessively loud, we had two rooms and they are noisy when running. The bedding is relatively poor. We hoped for a good night sleep in between a long road trip, but did not get it.

We were traveling with family, and were promised adjoining rooms, only to be told later that it was impossible. We complained, and the staff seemed too confused to even understand. So we had an adjoining room with strangers who were yelling. The beds and pillows were hard. The breakfast is in the lobby next to the main entrance where the freezing winter wind blows in.
We were checked in; all is well at this point, so far a great reception and good service. We get to our room, I open the door and notice we have been given a handicap room, I did not enter the room but closed the door and went back to the front desk. Speaking with the staff at the desk I was informed because we had booked through a third party (Expedia) there was nothing they could do to help us and they weren’t able to move us. I asked to speak with the manager and was informed it was their “ policy” when dealing with third party bookings and they would not change it. I can’t blame Expedia for what happened at the hotel ( I’m not sure how our booking got messed up ) but something is wrong when staff put a policy before a customers satisfaction.
