The hotel building is run down could need some work done. Got changed from the second floor to the third because room smelled and the third floor was more recent was much better.

How low can you go???
We originally booked with this property because on the advertisement on the booking site in BIG BOLD letters it read "Full complimentary Continental Breakfast" which come to find out after we paid and were checked in that that was not the case at all! No offer for food was made, no food voucher given, not even a bagged cold meal or even an upgrade of sorts. Moving along throughout our stay there was a very strong foul odor of drugs that could be smelled in the halls and even a stronger more distinct odor seeping through our bathroom vent (assuming it to be coming from the guests in the room next to ours who were also very noisy throughout the later hours of the evenings in their room but also throughout the halls). So although the beds were comfortable, sleep had eluded us both nightly due to this. All the while my partner and i having to get up at 7 am to leave for work each morning. One the first morning we set all our dirty towels and our trash can out into the hall for housekeeping. Apon return from work we recieved no towels and and empty can with no bag. We were told they had no towels for the remainder of our 4 night stay. Thank goodness theres a local Walmart! Not once did housekeeping check in with us to replenish ANY of our toiletries either. Overall it was not a very good experience at all. From false advertisement, lack of bare neccessicities, questionable activities that i was concerned for my own and my partners health and safety at times.

Nasty dirty and lumpy awful ANCIENT BED. GIANT GAP UNDER DOOR LEFT US FREEZING ALL NIGHT EVEN W HEAT ON BLAST AND TOWELS STUFFED IN THE GAP. Tried to get help from management...needed a real bed so bad. She never bothered to call us and move us. We stayed awake freezing on the lumpy bed but....cable selection was great. Ugh. Do not risk staying at this place-! Go to Wyndam Days Inn for AMAZING QUALITY over there, closer to hospital for less. Far cleaner great beds too

Stayed on 8/17/2020, from the second we walked in, the hotel is filthy. Figured it was just the front area but after check in when we went to the 3rd floor from the elevator, the carpet hallways ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, our room had stained bedding sheets, stained carpeting, chair was stained and ripped, dusty lamp shades, looked like blood/ketchup splatter all over the bathroom ceiling, holes in bathroom/tub turning brown/black. I need to add I don’t ever write reviews however the quality of this stay was so bad, I had to. We came here super super late at night and didn’t really have an option to sleep elsewhere. Amenities breakfast closed. But I will definitely not come here again. Thankfully I didn’t have my kids with me this time around. I’ve never been so disappointed with a quality inn.

NOT QUALITY
I needed to stay due to family issues but due to covid-19 Quality dies not clean rooms if you are staying over more than 1 night. You have to give them your sheets and towels and they may wash them and give the same ones back. But they are not cleaning rooms if you stsy over more than one night. So u have to go get towels or find someone to vaccum your room. Also Quality has many people standing outside in tge the parking lot or by the front doors.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was no remote to the TV the toilet was broken. The sink and bathtub were backed up. There was a drug overdose that evening in the hotel And staff was very unhelpful to the EMTs trying to assist. Sheets were absolutely disgusting not cleaned there was hair ponytails holders hanging from the iron board from previous guests. When we first got there and i went to take a shower the maids left a bottle of cleanser in the shower. What if I had children!!!It was the worst place ever. The smell throughout the property was horrible. The sign in the rooms that check out was at noon so we planned accordingly then the office called up at 1050 complaining because we have not yet checked out and they claim check out was at 11. We asked if we could have a few extra minutes to pack everything up since We planned to leave at noon and they responded with no if we weren’t out within 10 minutes they were charging my card for another night. I asked to speak to a manager they tried to claim me and took over 20 minutes to be able to speak with one and was offered a discount it stay at the same place again.NO THANK YOU I wouldn’t let my dog stay there again. Claim there was nothing else they could do for such a horrible stay because I booked through a third-party so there’s no way for them to help me with my concerns
