Outstanding hotel
Everything was great. The only suggestions are: 1) to have some type of narrow table or shelf in the bathroom. There was no place to put our bag of toiletries on. We used the floor and that’s not sanitary. 2) For additional hooks for towels and robe etc.. near shower.

Staying in a hotel in a covid world comes with some hesitation, but this hotel went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable during our stay. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, exactly what you need after a long day at the park. 2.5 miles away from Legoland, plenty of eateries nearby, great & attentive staff

Wonderful stay, hotel was clean and quiet. Happy they had a small breakfast available and really cut down on time needing to eat out and nice to have close by options for dinner to eat.

I figured staying at a holiday inn, our one night stay would be great!!! unfortunately not first they told us the key machine was down, so we needed someone to let us in our room. two hours later its still down, an hour after that its gonna be down all night and no keys can be provided. wow!! why not tell your customers that from the start?? needless to say we got a refund, when I asked for a receipt she said they didnt have any. So you mean to tell me a large hotel chain like holiday inn cant provide a receipt? worst experience!!!

Staff was great. Room was spacious & clean. Only downfall were one of the elevators was out of order & with a limit of 4 due to the virus, the wait was longer. The hotel was completely booked, meaning people would have to wait longer to ride the elevator. Our room was on the 6th floor, so we took the stairs down but going up required waiting a bit in the lobby surrounded by people, with some not wearing masks at all. The front desk staff would remind people about the mask, but some didn’t adhere to the hotel policy the moment staff was out of site. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby.

So clean and staff are always so nice and respectful.have stayed here multiple times and always a pleasure to stay.only complaint I have is pool not very clean which I have expressed a few times but hotel itself was very clean and breakfast was delicious just need more options,I miss there buffet they used to have
