Great stay
Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and didn't start and end too early for later risers. Beds and rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The hotel was close to many restaurants, cafes and sites of the city.

Hôtel propre et moderne ! Parking souterrain juste à côté. Je mettrais un petit bémol sur l'insonorisation. J'entendais la tv de mon voisin, et le bruit des portes dans le couloir. Mais rien de méchant ! Satisfaite de mon séjour. Petit déjeuner savoureux avec jus d'orange fraichement pressé !

Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel avec ma famille. Nous l’avons trouvé agréable, la literie est très confortable et on y dort donc très bien. La seule reproche que je peux faire c’est que les chambres sont un peu exiguës, manque de place pour circuler autour du lit. Sinon, tout le reste est satisfaisant.

A nightmare! NOT RECOMMENDED
We've been to many hotels but this was the WORST hotel ever!!!! We gave our passport and other valuable items to the receptionist to put it in the safety box which was at the reception because they don't have them in the hotel rooms. The next day during check-out there was another receptionist when we wanted to take out stuff and SHE DID NOT KNOW THE CODE and our nightmare began. The manager and the hotel director was not there and when she called them they did not care!!! The receptionist said her collegue went to vacation and that they don't know the code except for her (who didn't answer the phone!!) After several hours, the RUDE and CARELESS receptionist called a technician to open the safety box which that too took several hours. The receptionist was eating, talking on the phone and having fun not caring about the fact that we were stuck there with our items!!!! The worst part was not hearing an apology from the manager nor the director of the hotel. Oh, and there was no Air conditioner in the rooms either
