Convenient, spacious, with friendly helpful staff
Stayed for 3 days after Christmas for shopping mainly, Very polite and friendly staff, clean room, quiet, close to everything. "Vintage" hotel, with marble bathroom and updated furniture in rooms. Spacious, great for family - there were 2 adults and 2 teens in our room, which was a one bedroom suite.

Charming "European style" hotel in Boston's Back B
The Eliot is a charming "European style" hotel well located in the Back Bay area, close to Fenway Park, Kenmore Square and numerous colleges. The service is wonderful. This is our third time staying at this lovely hotel, it is our "go to " place when we visit Boston.
