For the price should be MUCH better
There was food left in the refrigerator that was not ours. Spoiled cocktail in the mini bar, red wine offered was also spoiled. The wine was still billed to our room even tough I brought it to the front desk. Restaurant was not open at that was not noted on website.

The employees were fabulous but I have to say I don’t understand how The Eliot is still getting the prices they charge. Large room? Yes. But I thought by the pictures they had updated since I stayed there 20 years ago. Nope. Old Elevator. Old Hallways. Old bathroom. High quality for in its day but I’m very very disappointed for how much I paid. There were many less expensive options but I thought I was paying for higher quality. If it’s old and it looks dirty, even if it’s clean, it feels dirty.

Beautiful Hotel
The Eliot Hotel is just beautiful. From the view out the windows to the bathroom, it's perfect. The staff is just amazing and so very helpful.
