Front desk people were pros and helped me change rooms when I did not like the original suite.

Poor service too expensive
Good location decent cleanliness. But over priced for what it offers. Wifi did not work in room had to stay in lobby to get good connection. Me as hotel guest had to talk to wifi company rather than the hotel staff in the middle of the night. Terrible service. For the price per night definitely not value for money.

Exactly what I needed
Comfortable, conveniently located, clean. Not luxurious hotel, but has everything that I need on a business trip - desk, high speed internet. Restaurant was great. Coffee in the morning and apple cider in the evening in the lobby are very helpful. That was my second time staying there and I will probably stay there again in the future.

Very nice comfortable stay at the Churchill. I had a conference to attend across the street at the Hilton, and the location was extremely convenient. The Churchill staff were friendly and helpful.
