Very clean and quiet. Excellent polite staff, Would stay again.
Fantastic location with close proximity to shopping and dining.
Perfect place for our family of 5, great hot breakfast and close to Tempe and downtown Phoenix.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and well situated in the city of Chandler (about 20-30 mins from the airport). Mall and tons of restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel was clean, great complimentary breakfast, bed/pillows were comfy. Staff was pleasant. Would stay again!
The hotel is located in a great location close to restaurants and Shopping. The room was larger than I expected and well maintained. I had an issue with housekeeping and it was dealt with immediately by the manager.
Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Great location. Restaurants and shopping center close to hotel.
Unfortunately the room was very dirty, the window coverings were broke so we couldn't let any sunshine in and that was one of the reasons we went to AZ during the winter.
My stay was really nice and comfortable. Check in was simple and quick, and front desk was really helpful. Room was very spacious! My only disappointment was I needed to fix the bathroom door, and not having a microwave in my room! Luckily cold pizza is the best! Still a great stay!
Our experience was not good. To start with..there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor (my husband and I both have short gray hair) The room we were in #312 was beside the main street with a stop light. The road noise was very loud all night. Will not be going back there. Given the location we expected better.
Hotel rooms are large and affordable, but not very well maintained. Mold in the bathroom. Nastiness in the caulking around the toilet. Broken bathroom door (just slides on the carpet cause hinge is broken). Lots of noise from neighboring rooms. And who designs a hotel room with a picture window that leads directly to another room's balcony? Breakfast was almost nonexistent.
