The staff at this hotel are excellent, the facility overall and our room were clean and very comfortable, and the daily breakfast was amazing. If you’re planning a trip to Fort Collins (which is a lovely place), you can’t beat this hotel for the price.

Comfortable room. hotel under renovation so lots of construction equipment in parking lot. We avoided any construction noise during our stay. Good thing it is getting updated. hallways & carpet on unrenovated floors a little outdated. very friendly staff. Breakfast to go Covid plan good.

They didnt mention the hotel is being renovated when i made the reservation, at check in i was told they dont start working until 8 and syop at 7. All 3 mornings of our stay we were awoken at 7am to the sounds of very loud hammering

Absolutely terrible. Not up to a Hampton standard. They served so called eggs for breakfast that tasted like sand. They are re doing the whole third floor and outside of building. Non stop noise and banging around. Even on Sunday. Coffee even just tasted like water. Had to leave every morning to grab coffee.

The hotel was doing construction but that was not an issue. The breakfast was nice because they let you pick your options on a piece of paper then grab it in the morning. The hotel definitely needs updates.
