My stay was great! It was quiet on a busy weekend to sleep! I would come back!

Horrible stay. Staff and occupants stood approximately 6 feet around entrance and smoked. Staff acknowledged that they new our room was trashed before our stay and they just tried to paint over it. Some of the language written on wall and door jam said “die”, “death”, “suicide”. To know that the staff new this stuff was there and only tried to paint over it instead of having room professionally cleaned left me feeling uneasy. The carpet in the room felt sticky. The sheets fell off the bed due to no elastic in fitted sheet. Some of the occupants and staff made me feel a little unsafe. Never will I recommend this establishment.

Started bad, with a suspicious red stain on floor, that trailed out room and down the back stairs. AC died on second day....was giving new room...only to find it in disrepair and in shambles. Third room was the charm. Desk help was good, and accommodating. Seemed to just have overall fallen over the course of a year since a previous visit to this location.

Check-in and check out was quick and efficient. The front desk girl was genuinely nice. I did not have any contact with the rest of the staff so I can't really speak to it. Since I know a little bit about hotels in my profession, I do have some remarks. Overall it was good but there is room for improvement. Renovating it would do that place a ton of good. The common areas (especially the elevator) could be cleaned a bit more often. The room itself smelted nice and was cleaned but whoever cleaned that particular room, might need a bit more supervision. The room was disinfected and cleaned to the minimum requirements. The inner liner in the shower was disinfected but not replaced between guests. It was not vacuumed between furniture or under the bed. The bathroom was spotless and all the mirrors even streak less. Overall it was good and I did feel comfortable there. As I said, I know a little more than the average person when it comes to housekeeping and my comments are just for training purposes and not complain.

When I walked into my room there were red writing all over the walls and on the carpet the sheets look dirty. I immediately walked out of the room and checked out of the hotel.

My husband and I traveled from Missouri to stay in Minnesota while visiting family. We were looking for something affordable but not “too cheap”. This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for”.. IF that. The first room we were assigned had a broken TV and none of the appliances were plugged in. They then “upgraded” us to a suite, which was no better. The pull out sofa was filthy! My 10 month olds feet were BLACK from walking on the carpets. Let’s not forget the first night of what we planned to be a 3 night stay, someone pulled the fire alarm shortly after midnight and my family including my infant were abruptly awoken to loud alarms and frantic people being ushered into the parking lot to stand in the dark with a terrified baby with no time to grab any belongings! My husband and I were furious. I understand the protocol but there was no confirmed fire, just kids playing around in the hallways - pulling alarms. We demanded a refund and switched hotels immediately! Worst hotel stay in my opinion.

When arriving on the property there were people loitering and drinking/smoking right by the front door. When I went in I had to wait for staff as she was one of them out front. I booked a room with a king size bed. When I checked in she said the room wasn’t ready and wanted to put me in a room w 2 queen beds. I told her I wanted a king size bed that’s why I booked the room w the king bed. Then all of a sudden the room was available. After going to the room I needed to go out side but the side door lock/latch was broken and you can’t get out. The room didn’t have any towels in it. When I flushed the toilet the water poured out from the tank by the handle. I went to the front desk and they said there’s no maintenance until Monday. I told them I needed a different room then as the water was covering the floor and almost onto the carpet. The next room was 2 queen beds that I didn’t want!! Also when I asked if there were towels in the room I got attitude. There were again no towels! I then had to ask for towels and was given 2! Looked like homeless people moving in and around w plastic bags of clothes in piles by the burn in the parking lot. Just very uncomfortable situation. Because I was through a 3rd party I couldn’t get my money back to stay elsewhere!

All of the staff was wonderful and they really listen to you.
