The place and rooms are really nice yet the service is lacking. We only had few pieces of tissue in the bathroom which was not enough for half a day. After it finished it was not renewed in spite of telling them. The 2nd floor corridors were noisy in the morning with doors slamming continuously. They did not have the food available as per the menu when we ordered room service.

This Hotels living in the Past with it's 5 star rating, it certainly isn't. We had 2 rooms , one given to us was not even on a main Corridor , it was off near a service lift with hotel Trolleys and dirty carpets outside, inside not great. I showed the on Duty Hotel Manager the condition and we were quickly moved. The first night ,Saturday, a wedding was being held on the top Terrace, the one feature of the hotel worth noting but closed all evening to Hotel guests not mentioned until you went up there, so no one could eat in the Hotel. 2 small water glasses in the room and not replaced on the 2nd day, but in room Fridge had wine etc so had to request glasses, 5 star? !!

Good location... walk to many sites.

Very good hotel in very good place nearby everything , the staff were friendly, very good food . We will beak.

Great location and welcoming staff. Weather and timing kept us from using the wonderful roof bar and restaurant but view was great! Easy access to Metro and on Hop On/Hop Off route. Not too far a walk to Spanish Steps. Wish bar had been open longer during the day (bartender goes to top bar), but other than that was great.
