Not happy
While it all start with the door we have to keep getting room keys for the door everyday because they would stop working. The door lock was acting up and maintenance came to fix it but it still was down no the same thing after he left. The ac unit sounded like a lawnmower going on and off every 10 minutes and the phone in the room didn’t work. But on a good note the breakfast was pretty decent.

Nice accommodations with lots of room. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable mattress although pillows were not. Major disappointment was the tea collection, all green or organic, no black teas with lots of caffeine. A box of English Breakfast or Earl Gray, please!

Wouldn’t recommend
Housekeeping did not come daily. Even when the did, we never received wash cloths or towels. When we specifically asked for housekeeping to come to our room while heading out for day, the front desk said they would come and give us new sheets and everything. When we came back, sheets were not changed and still no face cloths or towels. When I would request to have wash cloths or towels sent to my room, the front desk always made me come down to get them which would’ve been avoided if housekeeping provided these items.
