Solid, but with a breakfast issue.
Good solid place to stay. Had an issue with breakfast. On two days (out of five) they ran out of coffee! It took at least 10 minutes to refill their pots. They also did not provide trays to take food back to room (which had a full kitchen). Since we had flown in from the west coast, my wife didn’t want to go to breakfast before 9 east coast time. It was hard to juggle food in the elevator which required one to swipe a room key to reach your floor.

Very nice hotel with great location. Only 2 issues. Dirty dishes on the dishwasher from the prior guest. And info on parking from the receptionist want forthcoming...when I asked, I was told there was hotel valet parking at $32 or street parking. Otherwise, she couldnt make recommendations. Parking is available at the convention center across the street for $15 for 24 hours.

The front desk staff was not too friendly at times. When called about valet parking I felt they weren’t very helpful and the tone of their voice seemed annoyed to be having to answer questions. The valet parking staff was however very friendly and helpful. Room was great…spacious, comfortable and clean. It was quiet too which was great. Nice location.

Ok Hotel
Hotel was Ok. My family prefers a handle shower and most American hotels do not provide that. Wall showers do not wash the body that well. The shower was weird because only half of the shower had a glass. There was no sliding glass door. Front desk service was not as welcoming but OK.
