Recommend! The check in and out requires more work than a traditional hotel, but they provide step by step instructions that make it easy. The apartment was great, a full kitchen with all the utensils needed. A few more homey touches would be nice but overall, this was a great place to stay!

Great place to stay downtown.
Our apartment at 917 Locust was very cute. It was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Big closets. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Water is very hot. Also nice to have a full size fridge and a microwave and dishwasher. Internet seemed good. We didn't try the TV. We were across from a parking garage, and a couple of times, parkers got noisy during the night. Except for the garbage pickups outside and noise from a few trucks early in the morning, it was a great place to stay. Check in and check out were easy and efficient. The use of the lockbox for the keys was great. I would definitely consider staying there again when I need to find accommodations in St. Louis.

Good stay!
It was a great place to stay. The apartment was super quiet. There were only a few very tiny things to complain about, like the water pressure on the shower was low. When I had questions, they communicated with me quickly. The apartment did not, but the rest of the building, halls and elevator, often smelled like smoke, cigarette and marijuana. I would definitely stay here again. There is a parking garage nearby for $30 per day. There is also metered parking right in front for short-term.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to downtown and Americas Center dome. Nearby parking options as well. The building seemed safe and had good access control on the front entrance. There is a grocery store across the street so it’s easy to stock up on any food or drinks needed. Only complaint, which is minor, is that the bathroom shower/sink fixtures need a little work… the shower handles didn’t have the set-screw in place so they come off if you’re not careful, there is a gap between the faucet and the shower wall in the master bathroom, and the stopper in the guest bathroom sink doesn’t work. Again, minor stuff that can be fixed in 30 minutes. Overall, it’s what you might expect from an older downtown apartment building that has been remodeled - we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
