Lovely hotel, the reception and concierge are phenomenal. The location is central, right by the main shopping on champs de elysee and Arc de Triompe.

The hotel is practical and near to the shops but the day we wanted to check out I came down to the lobby and ordered a taxi at 10.at 9:30 I checked out and was waiting for the taxi the concierge said that maximum the taxi will arrive at 10:10. At 10:30 I went out of the hotel to find a new taxi because I was going to miss my flight and the taxi was still not here. I couldn’t do my tax free and couldn’t get my money back because of this delay this is unacceptable and not professional
