Overall everything was what I expected. I ended up being booked into this hotel for a week on multiple reservations: the same room was selected for the entire stay, and I paid entirely, up front. I still had to check in 3 times and was annoyed at being told I might need to change rooms. Luckily I didn’t need to.

Unfortunately we were unable to go on this trip to London due to the North East corvid restrictions. When we rang hotels.com they were very helpful trying to get our dates swapped so we could go on this trip in 2021. However, when ringing the hotel they refused to swap the date as we got the 'no cancellation' deal when we booked. In these unprecedented times we feel the hotel could have been alot more lenient and forgiving of our situation. Especially when we werent wanting to cancel the trip but move the dates. When we rang the hotel to explain the situation they were rude and abrupt. This experience was not pleasant and ruined our new trip for 2021.

The room was so small esp the bathroom which my husband being a 6 ft would not fit. Heater does Not work because of our complaints they decided to move us to a different hotel since they are full

The location was very close to Paddington station. The bed was small and right up against the wall so my knee kept banging into the wall but other than that it was great for the price. We only stayed 1 night, I think if it was a few more nights I would've tried to move the bed a little away from the wall.

The hotel room and toilet condition was clean and neat. However, it was very tiny and the lift was small too. The location was good with nearby shops and underground station.
