People are very nice and helpful. the room was not to standard i felt like i am in a motel. Bath room fan doesn't work and the heater is very loud and noisy. I stayed in this hotel few years ago and the room was much much better.

Don't Come Hungry
My wife and I were down for a company Christmas party, and hotel staff catered the event. Dinner was a salad consisting of about six pieces of arugula, a few chunks of pear, and two slices of radish followed by a similarly small meat offering. I don't know if this means my company dropped the ball or the hotel did, but given that I ordered something equally tiny yet quite pricey from room service later, I'm inclined to think the hotel is big into portion control. As to the room, when we booked with, the booking said it would request a king sized bed, but that it wasn't guaranteed. Fine, I thought - if we get a queen or even a full, no big deal. I was a little surprised to find we'd been given two twin beds, but again, this could have been a misunderstanding on the part of or the hotel itself, or it just could have been my own willingness to take what was available backfiring on me. Add to that the fact that their renovation contractor starts quite early, and you'll understand that after going to bed hungry, I also didn't get a great night's sleep. All of that said, the staff were friendly, attentive, and just generally top-knotch. While I may make the choice not to return, I want it noted that the people made an otherwise uncomfortable stay worthwhile.

Nice view and a great access to the harbour side.
Nice hotel. It is clean and doesn't smell moldy or anything. They are working on the lobby and the landscaping right now. Parking is around $17 a day. I wish they were informing us about the price. I got surprised with a $55 bill at the end for the car park. Also I wish they had a jacuzzi. The is a pool though.

Great stay here - the staff is incredible, the beds super comfortable and the hotel was super clean. They were undergoing renovations, but you would never know. Great location to downtown.
