Nice Hotel
I upgraded to a suite as I found the regular rooms a little too small otherwise the service and stay was very good.

A softer bed for a better sleep, please! Just read
The property is nice and the service is friendly and very attentive, however food is really, severely overpriced and I’m not event talking about the signature restaurants. I mean regular everyday, non gourmet meals. Too expensive! The bed is NOT COMFORTABLE. I understand that Japan doesn’t have the same sleep rituals as us westerners, but I believe that most of their business comes from travelers from around the world and a good night sleep is pivotal. A softer, fluffier bed is very necessary for us, the clients. In regards to service, location and cleanliness I do give it a thumbs up, but the other 2 issues need to be addressed in a timely manner. Would I stay there again? Yes, but only because of the location and great business meeting options within the property, otherwise I would probably skip it.

Found myself unexpectedly in town - loved it!
Just a couple of nights while working on an unexpected project while I'm staying in region. Took my team, 4 of us, and checked in. Rooms nice if a little dated, hotel itself nice, breakfast exemplary as it should be at an Intercontinental - but the staff made it simply brilliant. Couldn't ask for better service anywhere in the hotel - it really was a pleasurable stay!
