This hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants with outdoor seating. Lots of stores to pick things up. And, it is closed to a lot of activities.

The elevator was broken :/ and we were on the 3rd floor with 4 kids. Parking was limited as well. The rooms themselves though are amazing!! Apartment size!!!

The staff was helpful, friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and neat. The room was spacious, comfortable and it had everything we needed. Including a kitchen, electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, silverware, coffee maker and a toaster. The bedroom had two queen size beds, plenty of closest space and a TV. There was a let out sofa bed with an additional TV. The bathroom was ideal for our family with a separate room for the bathtub/shower and toilet. The only issues we had was a slow drain in the bathroom sink and a few crumbs in the kitchen cabinet left by the previous guests. Other than that we had a perfect stay. The location was also ideal for shopping and dining.

Amenities were closed 'due to COVID' but that is BS. Pool had water and I am sure lots of chlorine so what is the real issue? No hot breakfast as advertised. No evening drinks as advertised- all 'due to 'COVID'. All reasons to save money with a built in excuse that is not valid. All of those amenities could have been offered safely with appropriate procedures put in place.

The property itself was nice. Nice clean main building. I love that it's pet friendly. However the rooms are not as clean for me personally but set up is nice .
