One night Stay!
I have stayed in this property a couple of times previously and had always had a good experience. This time however I checked in on 9th May and had nice room with view of pool (for 7 night stay) but had call that evening advising me problem at home and I therefore had to check out following day. Asked hotel if they could offer any credit and they advised me as booked thro agent i had to go thro them. Did this and agent subsequently advised me that request for any credit was refused by hotel. Now I know that technically I had no right to credit but think they could have given something as a gesture of goodwill. Oh well won't be staying there in future.

The property is fine in public areas. The rooms are very tired with furniture damage. The bedroom floor had human hair covering it, it clearly had not been swept properly. The bathroom shower gels were impossible to open without scissors, which airline travellers don’t carry. Sixth time I have stayed, it hasn’t aged well. Dining room has had a facelift.
