I booked a "Premium" Harbourview room expecting the best. While the view on the 16th floor was ok , it was showing between 2 high rise towers and our room was beside a cement wall. Little patio was a benefit but no patio furniture so couldn't sit outside. The room itself was clean enough and bed was comfortable however everything else felt very old and outdated. Carpet was a bit buckled in areas. Parking was included in our booking but we didn't bring a vehicle therefore no benefit from that. Housekeeping was pretty good and fast to respond. Restaurant food was good. Overall the room amnionce was less than we expected and did not feel "premium" so a bit disappointing. Not sure I would stay there again.

Awesome location, Beautiful views

Great location! Nice hotel. They gave me a complimentary upgrade which was a nice surprise. My rooom had an amazing view of the waterfront and mountains! Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, close to everything.

Hotel rooms are very tired .compared to what you see in the lobby . Don’t think l would stay again l think l was expecting much better especially when we were asked if we would like to upgrade to l suite which we did . Was not worth the money plus it was an adjoining room not very quiet .
