I was racially profiled because I am black & trans! They removed my personal items from my room, the woman yelled at me & although I remained professional throughout they called the police due to a clerical error on THEIR part. I was never called during my stay or asked to stop by the front desk to address their issue. The police apologized but I was embarrassed & I felt like my life was in danger. They hotel staff didn't apologize to me directly but when I called Orbitz they apparently told them it was their misunderstanding. It was people smoking outside the front entrance & smoke in the lobby & especially the elevator. This was the most horrible trip I have ever taken in my life & I chose them because Orbitz rated them as a 4 out of 5. Terrible!!!

Room was clean and neat. Rest of hotel was a dump, filthy and unclean. Smelled horrible and then guests smoked weed making it worse. Exterior was terrible and unkept. Worried about my car getting broken into as well. I will never return to this hotel.

I have stayed here before and been extremely happy! It was always super clean, staff friendly, and quiet. It was a little dated in decor but beds were comfortable so I didn’t mind. However about a year ago the rates doubled so I stopped. I tried it last night, and everything was horrible. Furniture was broken, cracks on toilet, tub, and floor. Carpet was stained and torn. Clerk as unfriendly and unprofessional. Won’t be staying again!!!

Not a good check in - the desk workers spoke very little English. Took way too long! Had to just drop off luggage in the room, which smelled like smoke. Left to make it to our family plans, almost late. When we returned, we noticed that our window had been left OPEN! It’s October, what’s the window doing open?? The window was BROKEN, NO SCREEN, NO LOCK - AND WE WERE ON THE FIRST FLOOR!! SCARY!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! Found a pole to stick in it so it wouldn’t move. When we went to check out he couldn’t print me a receipt with the total charge - it better not be more than what I was told before!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

Good place to rest for the night. The room was clean, with fresh sheets on the bed. They weren’t serving breakfast due to COVID, which was a bummer, but at least they told you that upon check-in.

Stay away.
The TV didn’t work, the thermostat didn’t work, the bathtub didn’t drain well, the hot tub was tepid, no lights in the workout room or the hotel, the front desk staff kept calling to see when we were checking out before the actual check out time.
