    Overall, cleanliness and room was wonderful. Location to NYC was perfect. However you have to pay for wifi when you’re ALREADY a paying guest, and our room did not have a mini fridge. You have to ask them to bring one to you for a deposit. Just very inconvenient

    Run...Run Away

    Do not stay at this hotel. We travel quite frequently and have depended on Sheraton for consistent service. We called the Hotel before booking to enquire about ease of public transportation and booked after our call based on the reputation of Sheraton. Needless to say, we won't fall for that again! The location is terrible and the public transportation is worse. We booked and had free wifi...free in the lobby only! We ordered takeout and they would not supply plastic utensils! The TV didn't work and they went to fix it...three days multiple calls and it still didn't work! We are home know and cannot believe that Hotels.com allows such a place access to their customers. We expect better.

    The view was great of lower Manhattan. The bathroom gets very cold at night with the door closed. When you don't ask for turn down service you apparently get a $5 gift card for a local restaurant. We never recieved this, and when you don't get turn down service they literally do nothing in your room. They walk right by your room door. Jack Austin's is a pretty good restaurant and the ferry to midtown is steps away. Also take into account that parking is $25/day.

    Great location, across Manhattan. Ferry terminal right next to the hotel which takes you to Manhattan around Javits center. Bus stop near by with 10min ride to Port Authority near Times Square. When we checked in, the room was not made and the door was open. Had to bring this to the staffs notice, after which waited for about 30 mins outside the room until the room was made up. Housekeeping was just ok. On another day they did not refill the toilet paper and had to request it. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

    The location was great, right beside the ferry and across from Manhattan. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. Negatives - charged $10/day for wifi, bathrooms had no fan, ac was noisy as were external sounds that we could not pinpoint the origin. Overall okay stay since were there for sleep, not to stay in the room for long.

    Can’t beat the location that’s for sure! Ferry at the door. Amazing stay. Parking was a breeze. Problem with the safe was dealt with in a matter of minutes and front desk even called for follow up. The room was impeccable. Front desk employee was patient, knowledgeable and most of all polite. Only bad side, mini fridge is optional.

    It's ok, make sure you get it for a good price.

    Decor and furnishings are really starting to show their age. Wallpaper in room was peeling in some corners. Workout room is located directly beside pool and humidity from the **uncomfortably warm** pool is present in the workout room. So much so that the treadmills are covered in moisture, making them unsafe to run on, as I slipped with every step. Service was quite good, everyone was very professional and attentive, but they can't compensate for the aging hotel itself. Good location and immediate proximity to the ferry to Midtown Manhattan
