Weekend in Victoria
Hotel is in a great location on the harbour and close to Fisherman’s wharf. It is walkable to most areas, The Empress, ferries, Legislature, restaurants, downtown and even Beacon Hill. When your feet are tired from walking the free shuttle is an excellent (and appreciated) service! The pool has an indoor/outdoor option which is nice as is the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only issues were that the “city view” was the top of the roof and the back of a sign. This was on the fourth floor and higher floors likely wouldn’t have that issue. Also the rooms are not very soundproofed. The first night we were subject to some loud guests partying rather late and the next night another guests TV could be heard in our room. Parking was a available underground for a price. The area is not large. We were fortunate to be able to find parking as we checked in late from our flight. Despite this we would stay again as the location is great and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Emily at check in was professional and engaging. She provided good overview of the hotel. She provided excellent recommendations for the area. Room was clean, comfortable, with excellent view of the harbor. Outside balcony extended our happy hour and relaxation.
