It is an older property and although the guys at the front desk were nice there is room for improvement. I found blood stains on the sheet covers and over room condition was not to standard I expected (my expectation was nothing fancy but cleanliness).

The people given service was great but due to the pandemic they had all doors Locked(big In convenience for the money I spent)... i wanted to bring my children in the room just to watch TV & they wouldn't Allow them to come in (and this wasn't something I was told when i checked in) so i was very disappointed with the rules so i checked out early. One more thing we had to change rooms because there was luke warm water in the original room we're in.

Did not get to stay due to cancellation of the planned event because of the pandemic of Caronavirus. I did request cancellation of the reservation approved by Expedia.

Was double charged for a one night stay. I contacted the hotel and was ignored after lodging my complaint. I had to go through a long process to get my bank to stop the double payment. This could have been taken care of quickly by the hotel itself. Will not return to this location or chain. Would advise people to avoid both.
