It's okay, but they should do better.
Ticked the boxes for the basics - room was clean, beds reasonably comfortable, AC, Wi-Fi and hot water all worked. Room old and worn, no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Towels small and thin. You get slightly less than you pay for - it's okay, but they should do better.

We booked this hotel at the last minute because we needed a place to stay while we were visiting our son in ICU at St. Vincent's Medical Center after being transported there from a hospital in Vermont. Other than a few bugs that we saw crawling on the floor, the room was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed at the time

Home from Home
It's what I expected of a " No Frills " hotel. The iron in the room didn't work but staff did get me another one. The bath tub stopper wouldn't stay up for the water to flow down & there was some not so great plastering in the corner of the bath tub and the wall. Upon entering the room there was a little bit of a " Musty " odor, nothing that a lil Lysol didn't fix. I loved that there was a washer and a dryer!! The fridge in the room really kept drinks cold, I've been to some " name brand " hotels where the air flow in the fridge sucked. Beds were comfortable that was a real plus for me. overall it was a decent stay.

Better hotels elsewhere.
I arrived at 3pm to check in, and the front desk clerk told me to come back after 3:30p because none of the rooms were ready. I said,"really?" and he answered "really!" So, I came back at 3:30pm and there was another desk clerk there. The d-bag didn't want to let me check in because the hotel policy was "4pm check-in", even though most hotels allow for check it at 3pm, especially since the housekeeping staff leave by 2pm. He lied. Then, I got to my room, and when I turned on the TV, the only thing available was "pay-per-view" and "on-demand" channels. No cable TV was available. When I asked the front desk why there was no TV, they couldn't answer because they said there was a technician looking at it, but they couldn't figure out how to fix their satellite TV. No breakfast. No housekeeping, even though the hotel's website said they provided daily housekeeping for people staying in the same room under 6 days. Customer service was ZERO. Room quality was about a 2 out of 5. I locked in a price on Hotels.com, and the hotel offered the same room for a much lower price. I am not allowed to put the prices on this review because Hotels.com will not post it. Totally disappointed with no TV, poor wi-fi, no breakfast, and nasty front desk staff. There were other hotels close by that Hotels.com didn't post on their website. So, next time, I am going to look on other websites before getting locked into Hotels.com trap (no refunds if you book through them, despite their lies about no fees.
