A nice quiet apartment close to everything. Very helpful staff !!!

I had an executive double room which was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is slightly cramped but well equipped with double hob, microwave and fridge. The location is excellent with connections from Ubahn Deutsche Oper and SBahn Charlottenburg within easy walking distance, as well as 109 bus for Tegel. Towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen every week.

Absolutely wonderful stay, very clean and close to restaurants and shops. The only downfall was there is no air conditioning!

Location and amenities terrific, comfort also, and very helpful admin. Particularly liked the music availability - digital radio. Couldn't find news on TV - the only regular amenity I missed.

The apartment was small and dark. Friends who reserved after we did got light and airy large apartments. Generally we could not access WIFI, and for three days we had no light in the bathroom other than our own flashlight. There was no help over a three day holiday weekend. We would not go back.

We arrived and were greeted by the receptionist, but had received full and clear instructions on how to obtain keys if we had arrived outside of staffed hours. The apartment had everything we needed for a four night stay and was served by both buses and four nearby S Bahn or U Bahn stations - three lines which went to nearly every city neighbourhood. It was a little warm in the apartment as there is no air conditioning. The windows do open and there is an electric fan to help circulation. I’d recommend this to anyone staying here a few days. The bed was comfortable, but wasn’t the best I’ve ever slept in, but four nights was fine. The room make up service was discreet (day 3) and exactly as advertised - “if you need fresh let us know”. And a personal thank you, we managed to leave minus one mobile phone. We left it in the room. They let us know it was there by email - and we caught it in plenty of time. Would I recommend to anyone? Yes I would, but maybe no longer than about 5 days. Thank you to everyone at the property.

Positive: Nice place, comfortable and very quiet apartment. Negative: Basically nonexistent internet. Super slow even to load minimal websites

Well located. Having an apartment makes you feel at home and is very economical. Working kitchen a big plus. Pleasant for entertaining. Conveniently located next to food markets, shopping and public transportation. As an added bonus, it is only two blocks away from the Deutsche Oper. Across the street from Karl-August Platz farmer's green market every Wednesday and Saturday.

The apartment itself was great, clean and in a nice location. The biggest quircks I had with the apartment was access to internet. They give out codes that expire. Additional codes need to be requested. They initially only gave me two codes (when in modern society every person uses 3plud devices) which expired the night prior to check out... imagine my frustration.
