Office was difficult to find. I was disappointed there was no breakfast. I couldn't adjust the heat in the cold room. I needed to put a $20USD deposit for the room upon arrival: I've never had to do that elsewhere.

No airport shuttle. Bathroom not clean. Hair from other people in bathroom and on towels. Bed sheets not very clean. Room was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes because surrounding rooms were smoking rooms. Guests tend to stay up late so we were kept up.
