You get what you pay for. The room was clean, staff was nice. However one light didn’t work, the toilet flushed all night (yes we tried to fix it) and the bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. But for a one night stay, at an amazing price, you can’t really complain.

Staff was wonderful to get us the right room as we booked wrong. All the girls were so helpful. The best perk was Walmart was next to it. You just crossed the hotel's lawn & were in Walmart parking lot. No need for a car. The chair at desk was broken. We moved to the second floor as the was no shears & didn't want to sit with drapes draw & in the dark. Have stayed in 5 Red Roof Inns & now know there will not be shears anywhere. But that fine . Over all a nice stay.

Horrible environment. Horrible service! The staff was outside smoking when I arrived and she was everything but delightful. The hotel had suspicious characters lurking around. It was so bad I circled the lot twice to just feel things out. It look like a bunch of thugs looking to rob or just do something bad to someone. I was so scared I left without even getting out my car or returning the hotel key. I decided my life wasn’t worth the one night potential nightmare. Honestly, I would love a refund.

My stay was nice. My key card didnt work on saturday or sunday, but when i went to the front desk they fixed it. The staff apologized and on my way in no time. Satisfied

The room was comfortable and clean. The buttons on the heating/cooling system were broke so it was difficult to change the temp. I came to Akron from Columbus, so about 2 hours away. I tried to call the hotel throughout the day to speak to someone about my reservation and arrival time. I was hung up on 5 times and then no one ever answered the phone. Im not sure what happened with that. I also didn't care for a group on smokers that were right outside of the office. There were no smoking signs all over but no one seemed to care.
