Waste of $$$
First walked into front office no one was present for at least 5mins. Front desk rep was somewhat friendly, however that was least of my problems. First there were people just hanging around outside like an apartment complex. Once night fall hit it was like a revolving door of shady people. Had my door knocked on 2xs in the middle of the night once at 2am and again at 4am looking for someone. They guy was drunk and high off who knows what but at this point my wife wasn’t comfortable sleeping there so we packed up and left at 4:30am. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless your comfortable with the party life style. Although there wasn’t any loud music but there sure was a bunch of shady people

We stay at this redroof in sometimes i think they need improvement on all rooms and bathrooms entire room tubs have rust holes in doors in restrooms sometimes the bed sheets are really cleans stains on matress my birthday stay entire cable was out seriously i get outtage but they should have either gave me a huge discount or another free night im stile not ok they customer service is not good leave the front desk wide open and just walk out just keep it guarded if have to step away for safetey issues

DK is the reason we stay here
The Manager D.K. is awesome and very friendly. He's extremely helpful and truly seems to care about his guests and his property. The only issues I have had is that the pool is not at all useable, and the housekeeping staff is very rude and doesn't like to give any of the things needed for the room. I need an extra towel for my hair as it is to my waist and I also needed to have my sheets washed and she told me only on Tues and Thur an it was Fri so I had to sleep on dirty sheets until the following Tues.

This place was in a very unsavory part of town. Appeared to have transient long term residents mulling around outside and sitting on steps. Grounds were not taken care of very well. Room was dirty, worn and stained. We left and traveled to a different hotel. Very disappointed.
