SMOKING!!
Beware that these units are SMOKED IN. I checked in a couple hours early. I booked the suite and the room as soon as we walked in just smacked us in the face with a cigarette smell. I sat on the couch for a minute to get myself together because I’m never a complainer. We went downstairs let them know and the lady was very nice and understanding. She eventually got us into another room and we walked into our “new room” which smelled like someone just sprayed air freshener everywhere within 5 minutes or less” We thought they’re definitely trying to cover up something but whatever it didn’t smell in this room. We left the room to go eat and came back about a few hours later and the air freshener smell had finally died down. And AGAIN the unit smelled like SMOKE!! I’m not a smoker and I have an extremely sensitive nose to cigarettes. I started to look around and yup. I noticed 5-6 cigarette butts on the ground outside my balcony. I sucked it up since we were only staying one night and I regret it because the next morning I woke up with a runny nose, sneezing and barley able to breath. This place claims to be smoke free and impose a $1000 find for smoking on the balcony or inside the units. This is 98% residential and 2% hotel guests. Well the hallways smell like weed and people are loud and have no respect. The place is nice and modern. Somewhat quieter and away from tourist. But I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Steer away from here.
