We loved the hotel but my 7 year old son left something dear to him in the room. We went back and the person at the front desk didn’t care he said he couldn’t help us. So disappointed didn’t care about my child’s feelings. Left him my number even after I told him we were from Montreal and were driving back. Not staying there again were they don’t care about the client once the room is paid.

We checked in late and the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and didn't seem to care about much. He threw the key cards at me and didn't hand them to me. The bed sheets in our room had spots of blood on them.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous users and I have pictures of it. There was also hairs in the towels. Further, the room smelled and was very humid. Also, there were visible surfaces that had a thick layer of dust showing that these surfaces had not been dusted in a while. (Ex: lamp base, telephone, etc.) The receptionists working throughout our stay were not very welcoming and seemed annoying of the fact of having to serve the customers. Finally, we had the do not disturb sign in the morning and removed it later on but our room was never cleaned.

The room smelled very bad, probably cigarettes. We asked to be changed because we have a 3 month old baby and they said they couldn't. The hotel was supposedly full. I do not recommend this hotel for non smokers

What an awful confort inn; its smells like and old ashtray the area is awful even the best are piloows werw confortable because I guess its a Confort Inn I will never go back
