Could have been MUCH better customer service.
Wasn't happy to find out that our name wasn't added to the list for the airport shuttle list thankfully I asked 10 mins before our expected pick up. The desk agent replied with showing me the empty list and telling me it's his co workers fault, instead of apologizing and saying I'm sorry they didn't add your name let me see what I can do to fix it. No elevator, 2 small kids and 2 large suitcases as well as carry ons...NOT impressed.

An affordable place to stay close to MCO. We had an early flight and didn't want to chance missing it due to traffic. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.

Decent enough , bed frame very squeaky, pillows worst ever big and bulky, pop machine busted. However staff very good and no real issues for the one night we needed to be close to airport.
