Liked the bed and shower. That’s it. Front desk rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Room looked beat-up, sofa especially, we didn’t want to sit or put anything on it! Very noisy, some radio playing somewhere loudly in the wee hours of the morning. Horrible coffee, and for breakfast, I had an apple, the rest was totally garbage food. Most of all, it was the reception that turned us off from ever returning.
Our room faced a bar that was having live music pulled the chair out from under the desk it had food all over the bottom one towel was dirty baseboard was falling down
Decent hotel for a one night pass through area. The Resturant beside it is awesome. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.
I chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and it got a better rating than the Days Inn down the street. I just needed a place to stay for a night while driving through with my dog. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was very nice and the property has ample green space around it to walk your dog. The towels were actually in good shape and not too scratchy. But the building and the rooms need a lot of help. I don't expect much from places like this. So it takes a lot for me to really give a bad review. After I tried two other rooms (one had a leak from the AC unit above it, the other didn't seem to have AC that worked and was horribly musty), I took the third one and called it a night. There were dead bugs along the baseboards, stains on the wall and in the shower, not to mention on the odd red chaise sofa (that looked like it came out of a bordello), and bad patch job from where the door handle had punched a hole in the wall. I did not see any active bugs at least. Despite the friendly front desk staff, I will not be returning when I drive back through.
Was ok hotel overall could use some Updating beds was uncomfortable and Wi-Fi was Weak. staff was very Friendly
Room needs renovation, not the cleanest place i ever stayed in for sure! But the bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet.
Decent place to stay for the night on our way back home from FL. Inexpensive and clean.
This hotel smelled musty and was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and they have always been very nice. I would not recommend this hotel.
I was in this hotel on December 2019 and it looked better. The rooms are quite old, a renovation is needed. The pool has long time not working. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast (as is stated on webpage), not even to go (due to covid-19). The staff is friendly. The location is good (next to I95). The reception also need a renovation. Overall, there are better options around.
unsanitary, room smelled of cigarettes, A/C didn't cool and overall a horrible stay. Regardless of the price one pays for service or accommodations at a hotel, a customer is paying and the company's reputation is on the line.
