Hotel service is amazing, we got there about 9am and the receptionist was so friendly and said our room was ready, i was expecting to leave the luggage and come back later for check in. The room was clean and espacious, maids were friendly, the hotel is right on the center of the city, areas well guarded by police precense. We went there for the international marichi festival, about a block away from hotel to plaza liberacion. We always stay at this hotel, it has a nice terrace, pool water is really clean

Great visit to Guadalajara for medical visit
We came to Guadalajara to visit several heart surgeons for my wife’s upcoming surgery. We decided to make it a nice visit. It was great location. The breakfast staff were great. We received great restaurant recommendations from the front desk. Everyone was great.

Great experience
Hotel was located close to every th info walking distance. Hotel was a beautiful historical building, staff was great and pleasant. Room was spacious and AC worked great. I loved they were able to accommodate us earlier. Would stay here again. Didn’t get to use pool but was able to go relax there
