Location was good. We were given the first room on the first floor, close to reception. There were no bathroom amenities provided (other than hand soap). Worst thing was the power would continuously go off with no help from reception. (Yes the card was in the slot.)

Noisy, the cigarette smoke from outside seeped into our bathroom, the room was less than stellar,the beds not overly comfortable. It would have been a fine 2.5 star hotel but not much more.

Very friendly staff. The front desk lady is very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the park and bridge and shopping area. The room is spacious. No AC but the windows are perfect for fresh air.

Hotel was located in a excellent location. Walking distance to area attractions & bus terminal. Mirabellplatz gardens are 2 mins. Away which is lovely to walk through. Only thing missing is there is no coffee in room. You can purchase at front desk. Also available with breakfast. Staff in dinning room & front desk were excellent! Thank you.
