The property was clean and nicely updated. It was situated on a marina which made it convenient to and water rentals you were interested in. Walking distance to restaurants.

The air conditioner is too loud , the view is not as described I wouldn’t pay extra for the marina side you’re literally facing the parking lot with a small portion of the marina

Marriott rudeness
The hotel needs a complete renovation. We were okay except the bathroom, especially the tub which was not clean and also badly stained. Due to COVID 19 I had my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. Requested a late checkout as we were with friends and there was a wait at the restaurant even with reservations. I called and explained but from the immediate question the front desk person was abrupt and rude. I asked for a 1pm check out and received a laugh and “that’s not gonna happen.... ha, especially on a Sunday.” I’m a rewards member although I’ve not traveled much recently. I did not complain about the cleaning but didn’t expect the rudeness. Let me also add that our friends who arrived after we did immediately complained about how rude the front desk person was. Thanks

Room had been renovated so it was great. Hotel felt older and the staff was not the nicest I had along the trip. Walls were really thin so you could hear your neighbors chat. Hotel did not serve breakfast. Several restaurants around the hotel make it easy to have breakfast, lunch, dinner. The marina by the hotel is really nice. Several watersports booths around the hotel give you the option to plan your days.
